The Catalonia region of Spain is famous for its production of sparkling ‘Cava’ wines. This white blend is produced by a respected Cava house and uses a traditional blend of the four primary white varieties: 30% Xarel·lo - 25% Macabeu - 25% Parellada - 20% Garnatxa Blanca.
Bright, pale yellow in color with creamy flavors of white fruit and slight hints of citrus and spices, this white blend offers a full mouth that is aromatically long and warm. Floral, dry, and crisp, it is an interestingly elegant white perfect for light kinds of seafood.
