The 2021 Rosé was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, using a combination of Direct Press and Saignee method source juice, and avoided Malolactic fermentation.

Aromatically, it presents notes of strawberry parfait, cotton candy, ripe melon, and subtle hints of cut grass. On the palate, it displays a delicate elegance with bright flavors of cherry, strawberry, and bubble gum. The finish is characterized by lively acidity and lingering softness.
